This vegan aioli is super easy to make and a great staple to keep in the fridge ... no nasties!
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond meal
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ cups water
- 2 tablespoons nutrional yeast
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 lemons, juice of
- ½ teaspoon pink salt, or to taste
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
Cooking Steps

Place all ingredients in a blender & blend on high for about 2 minutes.

Pour aioli in an airtight, clean jar. Place lid on and store in the fridge.
Great on a burger, sandwich or as a condiment!
