So good, so much flavour ... you'd never know it's non dairy!
Prep time - 2 minutes
Blend time - 2 minutes
Ingredients
½ cup raw cashews
1 cup fresh basil
2 cups baby spinach leaves
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 large cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons nutrional yeast
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Cooking Steps

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until all ingredients are blended to a paste/pesto consistency.

Store, refrigerated, in an airtight container until ready to use.
Great tossed through pasta, warm veggie salad, on a toastie or as a condiment with your favourite grilled or roasted main.
