A delicious and novel dip, super easy too ... love you Kerry!

 

Prep time - 5 minutes

Cook time - 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 400g jar of artichoke hearts, in brine
  • 250ml jar of whole egg mayonnaisse*
  • 250gm parmesan cheese, grated

Cooking Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°c/360°f.

Combine all the ingredients in a small baking tray.

Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until bubbling and golden brown on top.

Serve with crackers of your choice and any accompanying items you like, e.g some terrine and tiny bottled gherkins (see pic). 

 

*Use a good quality, whole egg mayonnaise for this one ... it makes a difference!
