Prep time - 10 minutes
Fridge time - 1½ hours
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup peanut (or almond) butter
½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
125g dark chocolate (melted)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Cooking Steps

To begin combine; oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Mix until completley combined.

Press the mixture into a medium sized baking dish or pan, (23cm/8inches long).

Next, drizzle melted chocolate evenly over the top of slice and spread evenly (see picture on the slide deck above).

Finally, chill slice in the fridge for about 1½ hours - until firm.

To serve, slice bars into 12 even slices and serve or store in an airtight container in the fridge ... enjoy!
Tip - rolled oats are gluten free, however they can have traces of wheat from farming and processing, so if needed purchase oats specifically labelled gluten free.
