Brekkie, brunch or dessert for one - thanks Jojo!!

Cook time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana, slightly thawed in the microwave for 20 seconds
  • 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons granola, to garnish (GF option)
  • ½ sliced fresh banana 

Cooking Steps

Combine all  ingredients (except the 'garnish' ingredients), in a blender or food processor.

Blend until ingredients are completely combined to a 'smoothie' consistency.

Garnish with some extra fresh, sliced banana and granola.
