I keep this dessert, (brekkie, snack), in the fridge ready to grab and go.
It's so quick to make and super good for you!
Preparation time - 2 minutes
Fridge time - overnight
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons black chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinamon
- 1 teaspoon of natural sweetner, your choice *
Cooking Steps
1
Combine all the ingredients in a container. Mix or shake (with a lid tightly on) to thoroughly combine.
2
Place pudding in the fridge for ½ to 1 hour. After this, give pudding another stir, to distribute seeds evenly as pudding begins to set.
3
Leave pudding in the fridge overnight to set completely. Give pudding a final stir before eating, for a more consistent texture.
Serve with your favourite berries or just on its own!
*Sweetener options are; monkfruit sugar substitute, maple syrup, sugar free maple syrup, vanilla extract or honey ...
whatever you fancy.
** Double or triple to share or to snack on through the week , just keep stored in the fridge ... enjoy!
